93--NEWS--Absolutely final deadline for large event proposals and brochure copy

Hi folks,
I have been granting all sorts of extensions for getting those unruly large events locked in and scheduled as well as for taking in copy for the brochure.
The typesetter doing our brochure has given me the drop-dead date of this Friday, August 1st for any material going into the festival brochure/schedule which we are putting together. and I myself need to get it all organized before I give it to her.
So the ABSOLUTE ABSOLUTELY FINAL DEADLINE for getting your events finalized and getting me copy about your event is this coming THURSDAY AFTERNOON, JULY 31ST AT 6P.
THIS APPLIES TO ANY EVENT WHICH WILL RUN LONGER THAN 20 MINUTES IN LENGTH.
That's a little over two days to get loose ends locked into place.  Please please do your best so that we can, as we did in 2001, come up with a schedule that actually reflects what will be happening on our air during the festival.  It is going to cost some money and we'd like it to be worth the cost.
Thanks everyone for all you have been doing and sorry that I can't grant any more extensions on planning.  But this is it.
