I got some fresh air in the park and dove back in. Some write-ups are a bit altered and hopefully I have caught all the corrections. I have sent this version to the typesetter so that she can get started but there's still time ...
If you've jumped over the early #96, here was the copy of that email and please read:
Hi Gang,
At 10 to midnight I finally finished organizing and typing up all of your event proposals that I could find into a schedule for the brochure. I have yet to proofread, perhaps in the morning when my head is clearer.
This is going to the typesetter who will start working on everything tomorrow morning.
If you see that you are missing from the schedule, or that I have typed something incorrect or unworkable, please let me know AND FAST!!!
As I type a number of projects are still hanging including a Larry Clark show, a noise show, and the basics on our simulcast. As you will see, there are a number of spaces with "To be announced." and those are pretty open although they almost entirely exist in the very early morning hours.
I think I can still slip some material to the typesetter tomorrow. I will be home until 4p pacific time and then that's it kids. Anything past that and you will need to deal with the typesetter directly or through whatever powers in the ether you feel might prove effective.
There will be a more extensive schedule which will be posted on our website, but if you want to appear in print in our lovely brochure, you need to get on it now!!!
