This week on Prison Pipeline: Covid-19: The Continuing Crisis.

Thomas Abt, a Senior Fellow at the Council on Criminal Justice and Director of the National Commission on Covid-19 and Criminal Justice, talks about the new report “Experience To Action: Reshaping Criminal Justice After Covid-19.”

Plus: the Academy for Justice at Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law recently hosted a Virtual Symposium on COVID-19 and Vulnerable Populations "to examine and challenge the pre-existing, health-harming legal and policy obstacles that are exacerbating the danger of the COVID-19 national health crisis to vulnerable populations." We hear from Professor Aila Hoss from the University of Tulsa College of Law; Professor Madalyn K. Wasilczuk from Louisiana State University Law School; Professor Nicole B. Godfrey from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law; and Professor Susan McMahon from Georgetown Law.
