Black History Month segues into Mardi Gras on KBOO 2022
Dick Bogle passed in late FEB 2022.
His faves were organ players and Black male vocalists.
We'll feature both, and focus on Ernie Andrews who just passed at 94.
After the jazz calendar, we'll salute Mel Brown,
the Grand Marshal of Portland's Mardi Gras Parade on March 1,
then blend historic Darrell Grant performances into New Orleans jazz.
