Brendan Minish, board member of Crain, an Irish organization that aims to combat misinformation around cannabis and advocates for drug law reform, harm reduction, and drug education, and Doctor Nuno Capaz, director of the Portuguese Dissuasion Commission, speak to the Joint Committee on Justice of Ireland’s parliament on an examination of the present approach to sanctions for possession of certain amounts of drugs for personal use; plus Richard Nininahazwe, Program Coordinator with the African Network of People who Use Drugs, and Rita Musa, National Secretary of the Drug Harm Reduction and Advocacy Network Nigeria, speaking on human rights violations against people who use drugs in sub-Saharan Africa.
