Our guest is Mrs. Cynthia Richardson, the Director of Student Equity Access and Advancement for Salem Keizer Public Schools. Mrs. Richardson is the first Black Principal of a high school in Salem and has over 20 years of service in the field of education. We examine what works for her and how she maintains the attention of today’s youth urging them to plan for their futures beyond K through 12.
