On this edition of Free Culture Radio: Through the Policy Loophole.

Drugs, like so many other things, were much simpler in the Twentieth Century. On this month’s Free Culture Radio, host Doug McVay is joined in conversation with Alyssa Harlow, PhD, Assistant Professor of Clinical Population and Public Health Sciences at the University of Southern California’s Keck School of Medicine and lead author of “Adolescent Delta 8 THC and Marijuana Use in the US,” which was published March 12 in JAMA (the journal formerly known as the Journal of the American Medical Association).

Plus, the UN’s Commission on Narcotic Drugs holds its Sixty-Seventh Session in Vienna, Austria March 14 through 22. We hear from Colombia’s President Gustavo Petro and from Jessica Morales with the Latin American Network of People Who Use Drugs.
