One group's effort to make their neighborhood a better place--year after year

 Hosted by Lisa Loving. People of Purpose and Associates' 7th Annual Day of Retilling the Soil, over in North and Northeast Portland, will bring hundreds of community members and youth together July 21 for a clean-up project around Jefferson High School and then a great big basketball tournament and BBQ.
