In this expanded version of our January conversation with Boxtrolls directors Graham Annable and Anthony Stacchi, we dive into more detail about their adaptation of Alan Snow's whimsical fable Here Be Monsters — the third feature film from Oregon animation studio Laika Entertainment.
Graham and Tony take us behind the scenes to show us the working parts of this 21st century version of puppet animation, and also tell us what it's like to work with lead voice actor Ben Kingsley and musician Eric Idle.
