Our culture is made up of the stories we tell-- telling our stories to create social change.
Join hosts Ani and Lyn for a discussion with Doyle Canning. Canning is the author of Re:Imagining Change: How to use story-based strategy to win campaigns, build movements, and change the world. This book is a great practical guide to the power of the narrative in social change work.
Please join the discussion by calling into the program while it airs-- the studio line is 503-231-8187.
Doyle is speaking on Friday, July 30th, at the Red & Black Cafe, located on SE 11th, at Oak St.

Amazing song that began the 8 o clock hour!
"WE BREAK OUR LEGS! AND WE SAY F**K YOU AS THEY OFFER US CRUTCHES!"
That, repeated with a cool bass line, piano, and great percussion = a moving, socially motivated song in my book! A google search of the lyrics yielded no results, and I'm wondering who the band was....
Who are they??
Thanks!
(I love the show too, btw)
