"Swing & Country" To Feature Local Artists
Three local musical artists who have been heard often on "Swing & Country"will be joining us in the KBOO Studio's on Saturday. Retta Christie will join us between 7:30 & 8:00 and we'll play some tunes from her body of work. Singer songwriter Dan Weber, who performed a live show in Studio 1 at KBOO on St. Patrick's Day, will perform live from Studio 2 on this visit. Dan will be on between 8:00-8:30. Pete Krebs, one of Portland's most versatile musicians, will bring "His Portland Playboys" down to KBOO to play their brand of Western Swing for the home stretch of "Swing & Country". All three artist's will have CD's availiable as thank you gifts for KBOO Memberships.
