live reading
We usually do our live reading show in November. But, this year we presented some audio dramas in honor of the 50th aniversary of the great British television show, Doctor Who. So, we'll start the year out with a live show. tonight, Fortunato will read the first two chapters of The Sargossa Manuscript by Jan Potocki. Set in the early 1700s, a young Walloon guard Alphonso van Worden sets off for Madrid through the haunted Sierra Morena. Along the way he incounters two lovely Moorism Princesses, aa well as some blood thirsty ghosts of executed bandits. The chapeters are from the most recent translation by Ian Maclean.
