Here in Cascadia it's water, water everywhere .... but what is exactly is happening to our precious resource? The Cascadian Public Trust Intiative has a ballot measure asking " Shall Portland establish public water rights benefiting residents and local ecology with duties of transparency and accountability " up for a vote in May.
