Community Oversight Advisory Board: It's Vision and mission
The Community Oversight Advisory Committee (COAB) is charged with monitoring the implementation of the City of Portland’s settlement agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice. Celeste Carey and Cecil Prescod review the vision and mission of this committee with Kathleen Sadaat, Compliance Officer/Community Liaison Team Facilitator; Amy Ruiz, project manager of COAB; and Roger "Jimi" Johnson, member of COAB.
