The Occupiers: A Making of the 99 Percent Movement

Author, Michale Alexander Gould-Wartofsky stopped by KBOO to speak with Krisin Yount about the book he wrote as an observer participant in New York during the Occupy Wall Street campaign. Gould-Wartofsky, a PhD candidate at New York University, used his skills as a social scientist to carefully interview participants from around the world and collect primary sources for this work. He will be signing books and sharing stories along with Arun Gupta at the Q Center at 4115 N Mississippi Ave, on Wednesday November 11th at 7:00. People are encouraged to bring their stories and perspectives about being par tof the 99 percent.
