Female Graffiti artists in Marseille, France talk about their art and the culture

This Friday on Bread and Roses host Delphine Criscenzo plays interviews she conducted with female graffiti artists in Marseille, France while she was visiting her family over the holiday. On her birthday, December 22, her cousin spent 5 hours painting her name on the walls of an abandoned house in construction. Her cousin also invited other ladies, all graffiti artists to paint with her and to answer Delphine's questions about their art, and the influence of women on the culture.

This Friday, Delphine will play an interview with her cousin who goes by OMIZ, and two of her friends BEDS who has been a graffiti artist since age 12 and LILIPUTE who is co-founding an organization to connect women graffiti artists around the world.

Hosted and Produced by Delphine Criscenzo

Special Thanks to Noah Boyer, Audrey Criscenzo, Jeanie Criscenzo, Tooya, Tatou Fletcher, Jackie Malstrom, Madeleine Fox and Becky Meiers. Thanks also to BEDS and LILIPUTE.
