Bicycles Carving their Mark: From Tijuana Immigrants to Boston Movers and Shakers
This month the Bike Show is exploring how bicycles in their own special way can create a sense of place with two authors who have brought two very different cities to life through their new books. Kimball Taylor, author of The Coyote's Bicycle, will join us to share the thrilling story of how 7000 bicycles created a pathway for illeagal immigrants crossing from Mexico under the radar of the US Border Patrol, and Lorenz J. Finison explored the rise of Boston cycling through the lives of the vibrant cyclists who shaped it.
