Interviews with Joan Nathan and Sandor Katz

Joan Nathan, author of several Jewish cookbooks including The Flavor of Jerusalem, Jewish Cooking in America, and, most recently, King Solomon's Table, will be joining me on the program. She'll be talking about the jewish recipes she's collected from all over the diaspora.

We'll also be talking with Sandor Katz, author of Wild Fermentation. In this archived interview, he talks about the wonderful world of fermentation and recounts a story of seeing tempe made in Indonesia.

Of course, we'll also have our monthly garden segment with Marisha Auerbach. It's spring, the days are getting longer, and we'll have a lot to talk about!
