Denise Morris talks with Benjamin Donlon and Sandra Curtis Comstock about the Central Eastside Industrial Council and the pending vote on a new proposal to create an Enhanced Services District (EUD) in the central eastside, and how Compassionate Change Districts, can improve and democratize the process of supporting people living in public space. Benjamin and Sandra are Members of Right 2 Survive, an advocacy and support organization for the Houseless community using “public education and direct actions” to help reduce houselessness in Portland.
