HAPI AAPI Artist Panel

Producer Matt Lim attends the HAPI (Hapa, Asian, and Pacific Islanders of Portland) AAPI Artist Panel and listens to some of Portland’s most talented API artists talk about their work. Dmae Roberts (writer, theater, filmmaker, radio producer), Emma Rust (comic artist, youth LGBTQ+ social worker), Jeff Lee (photographer), Alex Chiu (murals, amination, sculpture), and Subashini Ganesan (Portland Creative Laureate, choreographer, performer) share their stories about their journeys into the art and media space while maintaining and celebrating their cultural identities. Matt also enjoyed the complimentary bahn mis.
