'Q" is a Community health Practitioner and a powerhouse behind the AfroVillagePDX project in collaboration with HRAC (PSU's Homelessness Research & Action Collaborative), the Urban League, and others.
She also shares some of her experiences and realiations living as an African-American woman in Portland, Oregon, and some of the noticeabe changes in the City since she first lived here in the mid 1990s.
