Join hosts Tina Turner-Morfitt, Dr. Audrey Terrell, Ms. Deborah Hall for the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists segment of Labor Radio with our guest, Sherman Henry, a Faculty member of the University of Oregon, Labor Education And Research.  Our topic is a preview of the upcoming University of Oregon salute to Black History Month, entitled Intersectionality and the Intergenerational Labor Movement.  The event takes place in Eugene, Oregon, on February 20, 2020, from 3-5:00 P.M.. at the Lyllye Reynolds-Parker Black Cultural Center at the University of Oregon. The keynote address will be by April Sims, the Secretary-Treasurer of the Washington State Labor Council AFL-CIO. Since his arrival in Oregon 3 years ago, Brother Henry has explored the shared values between the labor movement, Black community and Black workers.  Join us in our continuing discussion of the need for an evolving and inclusive labor movement.
