Profits and Climate: Rewarding the culprits or Saving the Planet

 As the Earth's climate becomes increasingly unstable, the US government is responding with measures that reward the profit-making corporations that caused the problem.  Bill Resnick talks with Daphne Wysham from the Institute for Policy Studies about cap and trade and carbon offsets, and about what should be done instead.
