Endi Bogue Hartigan is a Portland poet whose third full-length book of poetry titled oh orchid o'clock is forthcoming from Omnidawn Publishing in Spring, 2023. Her chapbook the seaweed sd treble clef, a sequence of poems and photographs, was published in May 2021 by Oxeye Press. Endi is also the author of Pool [5 choruses] (2014, Omnidawn Publishing), and two others.. Her two full length books were both finalists for an Oregon Book Award. Her work has appeared in numerous journals, and she has contributed to collaborative projects with writers and artists in the Pacific Northwest.
Joe Safdie’s tenth book, The Secular Divine, just out from Spuyten Duyvil, is a hybrid chapbook of poems with an essay. It was preceded last year by The Oregon Trail (from the same press), and next year a book of his essays, Poetry and Heresy, will be published by MadHat Press. His own trail to Oregon included stops in California (most recently in San Diego, where he taught writing and literature classes), Seattle, Boulder, Bolinas, and the Czech Republic; now in Portland, he’s studying the language of trees.
Kelly Terwilliger is the author of two collections of poems, Riddle, Fish Hook, Thorn, Key, and A Glimpse of Oranges. A former editor and author with the Airlie Press poetry collective, she is also a visual artist and professional storyteller. She works as a writer, storyteller, and artist-in-residence in public schools in Oregon and has taught oral storytelling at Williams College in Massachusetts. She is working on a collection of writing and visual works, an anthology of poems of address, and a video library of oral stories.
