Ludmilla Praslova is a psychology professor at Vanguard University and the author of the The Canary Code: A Guide to Neurodiversity, Dignity, and Intersectional Belonging at Work (Berrett-Koehler Publishers, 2024). She recently wrote in Psychology Today about an overlooked aspect of neurodiversity called chronodiversity, or natural variation in human sleep patterns.
