Join host Tina Turner-Morfitt in a motivational conversation with President Melvin, regarding the centennial celebration of Black Labor’s impact on organized labor. We examine the challenges workers undergo with this current administration, the rising interest in union representation and the significant progress of Black women in labor leadership roles. He emphasizes the importance of educating younger workers, preserving labor history and addressing the underclass phenomenon and civic responsibility. He also pays homage to the legacy of the late Reverend Jessie Jackson.
