Disabled Colombian GM Workers Gain Mediation Agreement, Suspend Hunger Strike, Need Justice Now

The occupationally disabled Colombian autoworkers of ASOTRECOL signed a mediation agreement with General Motors and suspended their three week old hunger strike, while continuing their more than year long occupation of the curb across the street from the US embassy in Bogotá.  Labor Radio spoke live by telephone with Jorge Parra, president of ASOTRECOL, about the recent positive steps and about the struggle that lies ahead.
