Bread and Roses welcomes Della Rae, local author of the Little Book of Self Care.

Della Rae returns to talk about her experiences since the launch of her Self Care Campaign last October, a yearlong mission to share her book and vision with the community. She'll discuss the simple and vital principals of self care, and what she learned through interactions with attendees at area conferences and events.
