The House Judiciary Committee heard testimony recently on policing practices and law enforcement Accountability. On this installment of Prison Pipeline we hear from three of the witnesses: Benjamin Crump, civil rights attorney, founder of the national law firm Ben Crump Law, and attorney for the family of George Floyd; Paul Butler, the Albert Brick Professor in Law at Georgetown University Law Center, a legal analyst on MSNBC, and former federal prosecutor; and Professor Phillip Atiba Goff, PhD, the inaugural Franklin A. Thomas Professor in Policing Equity at John Jay College of Criminal Justice and co-founder and president of the Center for Policing Equity.
