Indigenous People’s Day: Lakota-Cheyenne organizer and Old Mole member Roben White speaks with Nimiipuu writer and educator Julian Ankney about pressing issues in Indian Country, including murdered and missing Indigenous women and men, access to education and health care.

Julian will be performing along with Beth Piatote and other Nimiipuu writers from 4-5 p.m. on October 29th alongside Berkeley's Hearst Museum online exhibit, Cloth that Stretches: Weaving Community Across Time and Space, which explores textiles as a site of identity formation and cultural resilience.
