Tune in to the next Rhythm Shack Monday at 3am for another 2 1/2 hours of high-energy roots music (or check out the archives anytime at KBOO.FM/Program/Rhythm-Shack). In this edition, we'll start with a long set of music by seminal roots rock band, The Sadies, in tribute to Dallas Good (pictured), their singer/guitarist/co-founder, who recently passed away.
To celebrate Women's History Month, we'll also feature a nice helping of female roots rock artists, including new tracks from Sarah Shook & The Disarmers, Sophie & The Broken Things, Sarah Borges, Seratones, Molly Tuttle with Old Crow Medicine Show and Margo Price with The Band of Heathens.
Plus, new music from Elvis Costello & The Imposters, Jason Scott, Brent Cobb, The Infamous Stringdusters, Spoon, Polyrhythmics (Fri Mar 18 at Stage 722), Frank Turner, Steve Poltz, Taj Mahal & Ry Cooder, The Rave-Ups, Eric Krasno, The Del McCoury Band, Robert Walter, Ray Wylie Hubbard & Sad Daddy.
And as always, thank you SO much for supporting Rhythm Shack & this listener-supported, community radio station!
