Contact with carceral system doubles risk of overdose, study shows
Oregon lawmakers are back in Salem of the next 5 weeks for the short legislative session. Their priorities include housing, homelessness and Measure 110, Oregon's drug decriminalization measure. Lawmakers announced plans to recriminalize the possession of small amounts of drugs due to outcry about public drug use, due to the housing and homelessness crises.
Althea Billings talks to Morgan Godvin, of the Alcohol and Drug Policy Commission of Oregon and Northeastern University.
