A new article entitled “Drug Decriminalization, Fentanyl, and Fatal Overdoses in Oregon” published September Fifth in the American Medical Association’s journal JAMA Network Open shows that the recent rise in overdose deaths in Oregon was not related to the decriminalization of possession of some drugs.
