The Council on Criminal Justice is a nonprofit think tank that works to advance understanding of the criminal justice policy choices facing the US and to build consensus on solutions. The Council recently hosted a fascinating panel recently to examine these questions, entitled Domestic Violence: Understanding the Data and Policy, to examine these questions.
