HB 3198 Murdered & Missing Indigenous Relatives (MMIR) - seeks to establish a Tribal Affairs position within the Oregon Health Authority to address the critical issue of missing and murdered Indigenous people in Oregon.
HB 2233 Re*Membering - provide money for legal help to adults in custody at the Coffee Creek Correctional Facility in Oregon. Directs the OCJC to grant funds to the Oregon Justice Resource Center for purposes of the program.
HB 2134 Tenant Leave - lets a tenant end a term lease early if the landlord has given notice ending the lease after the term. Allows tenant to terminate a tenancy during the fixed term without penalty upon 30 days' notice if the landlord delivers certain notices terminating the tenancy in 90 days or more.
HB 3375 Alcohol & Drug Policy Commission (ADPC) - to study programs related to youth substance use prevention and SUD treatment.
HB 3197 Alcohol Tax - increasing and creating a point-of-sale tax on beer and wine.
HB 2069 Tribal Consultation Extension - extends our task force clarify and strengthen state agencies' requirements to engage in Tribal consultation, fostering better partnerships with Oregon’s Tribal communities.
HB 3532 Offensive/Derogatory Names - geographic names throughout the state that are offensive and derogatory to various ethnicities.
