Turkey has set up a secret base with allies Saudi Arabia and Qatar to direct vital military and communications aid to Syria's rebels from the Turkish city Adana, home to a  large Turkish/U.S. air force base.   Reuters reports,  "It was not clear from the sources whether the anti-Syrian "nerve centre" was located inside Incirlik base or in the city of Adana."

Here's what the geopolitical situation looks like:  At least the 'geo' part.  As far as the 'political', that is a sort of caul occluding the various faces of tribal interests, alliances and feuds.
