'Ukulele master Herb Ohta, Jr.
During his west coast tour, the funny and talented Herb Ohta, Jr. recently visited Portland for an 'ukulele concert, educational outreach, and master classes. APA Compass caught up with him and had the pleasure of sitting down for an interview after his elementary school concert.
