Jan Haaken interviews Tracy Francis, Coordinator of the Cascade Festival of African Films. The festival runs through the first week of March, with that week also focused on women filmmakers. They discuss the history of the festival, upcoming films and events, and the contributions of African women filmmakers featured during the final week of the festival. The films are free and open to the public.
