Radiozine presents Highlights from the 4th Annual Happening! 2016  at the Jade-Apano Multicultural Space

     ^{On Sat., Feb. 27th, the Regional Arts and Culture Council and KBOO sponsored  Happening! 2016, at the Jade-Apano Multicultural Center on SE Division at 81st, featuring a 6-person discussion panel of PDX music industry veterans, as well as more experts in later breakout groups, talking how to make it in music while based in Portland,Oregon.}

       This Radiozine episode culls 30 hot and quotable minutes from the panel and interviews in an unforgettable day of local music industry talent and wisdom.

Rebecca Miller, moderator

musician, youth advocate, and development professional.  She toured around the world with the band EMA, is currently a songwriter in her own band Top Parts, and teaches music, including at the Rock n' roll Camp for Girls and My voice Muisc. She is the co-producer and re-brander of  Happening! 2016.
