The Environmental Protection Agency released a comprehensive report Thursday that examines the repercussions of global climate change on humans .
But critics say the agency is interested in keeping the findings under wraps. Although the report was ready for release in April, the agency stalled its release; and despite its scientists' own findings, the E-P-A decided last week to not regulate greenhouse gas emissions.
