This is the full audio from the June 14, 2017 Community Forum on the Compliance Officer/Community Liaison (COCL) Outcomes Report, which evaluated the effects of PPB's compliance with the 2012 Department of Justice-City of Portland settlement agreement. DOJ found that PPB showed a "pattern and practice" of excessive force against people experience mental health crises.
