Aminder Dhaliwal has worked as a storyboard director for the Cartoon Network and for the Nickelodeon show Sanjay & Craig, and is now the animation director for Disney TV Animation. In her spare time she started a serialized comic online which became a phenomenon and earned her an Eisner nomination for Best Webcomic. Woman World has now been collected in book form by Drawn and Quarterly.
S.W. Conser spoke with Dhaliwal at the 2018 Portland Book Festival.
