Steam Folk: The Ballad of John Henry - Sounds and stories from the deck of the UV746 Tugboat on the Willamette River.   For their second broadcast exploring traditional folk songs, the Steam Radio Syndicate takes on a classic ballad telling the tale of John Henry, a folk hero and a steel driving man.  Poems, songs and history converge for an hour-long live broadcast bringing together 30 performers and musicians for a special one time event.
