Dawn Jones, instructor for Oregon Tradeswomen, Inc. and a journey level carpenter; Lela Brown, plumber; and Tara Webb, electrician, join host Martha Odom on International Women's Day to talk about blue collar work: the rewards and obstacles. Oregon Tradeswomen provides education, mentoring and advocacy for women entering non-traditional fields and sponsors an annual Women in Trades Fair coming up in May.
