Environmental Groups Legally Challenge Railroad Coal Transport

A federal judge in Washington has decided to allow a legal challenge to coal transport by railroad. The lawsuit argues that the coal trains violate the clean water act because of the amount of coal dust that ends up in lakes and rivers. A coalition of environmental groups came together to file the lawsuit against the railroad company B-N-S-F, owned by multi-billionaire Warren Buffet.

Jenka Soderberg interviewed Krista Collard from the Sierra Club about the lawsuit.
