Consultant Discusses Impact of Drilling Arctic Wildlife Refuge

George Bush has told the Democrats in Congress to support ending the 27 -year moratorium on offshore drilling, including the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.  Bush is trying to get the moratorium overturned before Congress adjourns for the July fourth holiday.KBOO's Crystal Leighty interviewed environmental consultant Javier Sierra on what overturning the moratorium would mean.
