The program will aim to bring the listener music which is inherently connected to the roots of Blues and early Jazz, with an occasional helping of historic narrative from me to relate the music played to its place of importance. It may be from that period, or much later but instantly recognisable as being faithful to that idiom, In addition, I will hope to bring interviews with Jazz musicians from around the country.
