Tune in for 3 hours of 7" singles from across the world
There's an odd stack of 45rpms sitting right here next to me.
The thing that makes this stack unusual is that they are not all from the United States. About half of them, in fact, are from other countries: Italy, Greece, France, Argentina, Ireland, Spain just to name a few.
There's no certain genres or time periods represented here. It runs the gamut from soul to folk to metal to power pop to rock to new wave.
It's my privilege to be play you 3 hours of nothing but these 7" singles on tonight's program.
